Bought this for my granddaughters birthdays after a lot of research. Love this! Great quality. Assembly took a little time due to size, but nothing complicated. They play on it everyday. Quality is excellent. So glad I bought it and they love it. Netting around it makes it safe. The girls are 10 & 15, so perfect ages. Update-during a storm a tree fell on the trampoline and crushed one of the legs. The company is in China. They stated via email they no longer make this trampoline. Parts are no longer available. I am very unhappy after what I paid and the short time we had it. Update. Neighbor had a trampoline they were getting rid of. We were able to use parts and fix the trampoline. ... show more

We had major problems with the delivery!! Needless to say, the issue caused stress for our granddaughter’s Christmas gift. Nothing would ruin Christmas because of the season’s real purpose! But not being able to get anyone at Amazon, the seller, or UPS to help us locate it was frustrating. My son really loves his trampoline has really good springs he can jump real high was very easy to set up didn’t take long at all the basketball hoop is amazing gives them something to do while bouncing not to mention the sprinkler when the hot days arrive I had one small problem there was some tiny holes in the mat contacted their customer service number found it on Google they instantly replied to my text message and took care of my issue ASAP would recommend anybody purchase this trampoline these guys are amazing ... show more

This 16' round trampoline is amazing - Great bounce and the included basketball hoop is providing hours and hours of fun! When we needed a replacement part, customer service was extremely responsive and helpful, actually replacing the part for free! I would Highly recommend this product and company!

Trampoline is is a lot shorter than expected. Looks like a kids trampoline for sure. I bought it with the intention to use it myself as well but it's is not sturdy enough for an adult to jump. Springs are small . The net is safe and secure though, I don't feel worried about my kiddo jumping out of it. Don't buy if you plan to jump with your kids. ... show more

When we in boxed our trampoline there were small tears in the net and in the pads that go around the trampoline. The net also is awful to try to attach and will not stay secure. I have yet to find a way to contact this company!
