The trampoline is great! Excellent quality, very sturdy basketball hoop and easy assembly. I was a little shocked that no ball came for the price but that's okay. Extra gift advertised does NOT come with the trampoline. It comes separate delivery. Mine has arrived four days after the trampoline. I truly believe this is worth every penny! Our children are loving it!

UPDATED: Somehow after leaving an earlier poor review, Tatub reached out to me and shipped a new rim to us. I’m very thankful for their willingness to help out and make things right, I just wish it would have been easier to contact them at the beginning. The trampoline part is just ok. The net is very annoying to install and the directions aren’t particularly clear for it, so we ended up with not quite enough fabric to completely zip it closed. Not a huge deal. Probably our error. We’ve already had to fix some of the straps on the net that attach that have ripped, multiple times in fact. The kicker is that the basketball hoop that was rusted coming out of the box broke within a matter of days. The parts are warrantied for 3 months and it says just to contact the manufacturer (Tatub.) There is absolutely no contact information for this company anywhere in the manual, or on the shipping boxes, so after googling their name and finding a website I managed to send them an email, and attempted to call customer service with no answer. I’ve now sent 3 emails and have yet to hear from them at all. If you care about customer service or potential missing/broken parts, look elsewhere when purchasing a trampoline.

Assembled this item twice. Followed directions every step. When moving the item, the frame will twist up and looks like a half folded taco. Our old trampoline never had an issue with maintaining shape when we would move it when mowing grass. This is not an item that is sturdy enough to feel comfortable putting my kids on.

Update the gift box came in about a week later my 2 girls are loving it and is easy to put together. Didnit by myself in about 2 hours. Highly recommend Trampoline is good and went together fine but missing the lights, basketball, stakes, pump, and 4 pair of socks. And yes in the description below it says order now for xtra gift. 【Extra Gift】 Order Now and you can get a gift box. Including 4 pairs of trampoline socks, 4pcs trampoline wind anchors, solar string lights and basketball with pump.

If you've assembled a trampoline before it shouldn't be too difficult. If you haven't it'd be better to have a friend help you. I was able to do it myself, but with all the attachments, it does take some time. When threading the safety net, I found it easier to have a lighter and burn the tips so it's easier to thread thru the net. You'll also want to make sure to use the anchors because when you're running the water feature, the trampoline is going to want to jump off the ground because of the extra water weight. Overall, great construction, great features, my kids love it. Basketball court is solid, lights are awesome, water feature is amazing during the heat, and the trampoline is nice and tight. The main thing to avoid any problems is follow the order they tell you in the assembly instructions, especially when attaching the springs to the frame. I'll upload pictures or video tomorrow during the day. Really happy with everything 👍🇺🇲 will recommend to friends

I purchased this product for my children for Easter. I started assembly yesterday and while attaching the mat to the frame some of the metal pieces used to connect the mat bent out of shape. I had to stop assembly until replacement parts arrive. I will update once I am able to finish assembly.

UPDATE: This company reached out & sent a new one. They also told us not to deal with the hassle of returning the damaged one & keep it Incase we need parts in the future. We are very pleased with the new one they sent out!!! 🙌🏼 My husband & I have never had an issue assembling trampolines in the past & we've had a lot over the years with 3 kids. This is our first time experiencing having issues putting together a trampoline. We have taken it apart four times to make sure everything was done correctly and it just continues to keep folding in half. I've been looking all over my Amazon purchase details for the customer service info and can't find it anywhere. I'm frustrated with this whole situation because we needed a new trampoline for our son's birthday party and now we have to wait for the process of returning it and finding a new one.
