Update: good customer service. They ended up sending us all new parts. And so far so good. The kids are happy. The net broke off 3 of the poles and off from behind the basketball goal with in 3 days of using it. Net is very cheaply made came with a small hole in it. Also was supposed to come with a sprinkler system and it did not. Tried contacting the company with no response. 3 poles have broken now. I tied the nets to the poles because the broke off after 3 days. We had a little wind and now 3 poles are broken. Not at all worth the money and I can’t get anyone to email or call me back. The trampoline itself seems great. My son is 15 and enjoys his trampoline that’s why we bought him this trampoline that holds 1000 lbs. However the net is getting damaged very quickly, seems very cheap. One of the poles that holds the net already broke! Maybe it’s faulty? I hope the seller can contact me to make this right.UPDATE: it’s horrible! The poles are breaking only 3 are still up. My son can’t even enjoy it. I wish i would’ve never wasted my money on this ... show more

Poles bent and broke within 2 months in the wind. They are not strong poles. Bounce mat is long-lasting but not the spring cover which quickly dried out in the normal sun. Very Disappointed in quality.

Trampoline is great, but you have to buy your own special size basketball, which should totally come with it for the price. Also, please remove the “extra gift sprinkler” picture from your listing because it makes you think it comes with the sprinkler when it doesn’t. That’s annoying. Threading the net on the bottom is a slow form of torture, but otherwise it’s nice for my kids. I would recommend this trampoline. ... show more

The shipping boxes were damaged upon arrival. The instructions to put this thing together are poorly written, explained, and drawn. Be careful putting it together as each pipe faces a certain way and the washers and screws are all different sizes and lengths. Not easy to tell apart. Some holes aren't drilling to the right size, to pieces don't fit together very well. Looks good once assembled though. ... show more

I purchased this as a Christmas gift for our kids. It ships as 3 big boxes. One box was severely damaged that it was taped up to contain the parts from falling out. The poles obviously fell out at some point but there didn't appear to be major damage upon initial inspection. That was my fault for not sending it back and getting a replacement when it arrived damaged. After the weather cleared and there was no more snow in our area, it finally was warm enough to start setting up the trampoline. The poles that form the circumference are not close to making a decent circle. I followed the instructions very closely and upon getting together, the whole trampoline turned into a Pringle. I figured it was my mistake and took it all apart again. Followed the instructions and of course, I doesn't stay flat. I have to keep cinder blocks on the legs to keep it from folding in. Extremely frustrating that I paid that much just to get a mediocre product. Don't buy from this seller or whoever tatub is. It's like they sell non conforming product and resell like new. The only thing I dislike about our trampoline was how difficult the instructions seemed. It was confusing and the pictures weren't much help either, but now that it's up, we're very happy with it. It's kept the kids busy for the late few weeks so far and it's sturdy enough we feel comfortable bouncing around on it with them. ... show more
