So I'm very disappointed, when the trampoline was delivered the package was all beat up. I ordered all green but it came with a green pad and blue pole pads. The net was too small and very difficult to install. The pole tops were missing and I had to replace. Amazon can only refund if I send it back. They did give me a partial reimbursement to cover the parts I had to order. Now though, I installed the lights and they did not work. Also the poles are super light weight and I have already had to replace two. The pole that holds the basket ball hoop andone of the other poles. I would not recommend. ... show more

When we first ordered two boxes came in and the third one didn't make it here. Had to return it and wait for the replacement. We got the replacement. When we decided to move it the frame bent. We were able to straighten it out and finish putting it together. I didn't like that it bent so easily. We'll see how it holds up. We have four kids and 3 jumped and had fun today. I received this trampoline and had some issues with a couple of parts trying to get it set up. I contacted customer service and they were very quick to reply. I had the parts I needed in 4 days! Now it’s up and perfect! Would buy from them again. Very happy with my purchase.
