I really like this product, but I do feel like it's more tailored as it is set up for new tattoos versus existing ones that have already healed up. There's not a lot of greasiness upon application, which makes it great for tattoos in areas where it might come in contact with clothes. A lot of tattoo balms will have a oil base which can make it subject to staining clothes. The lotion, moisturizing lotion aspect of this product works excellent. I'm actually surprised at how much it darkened a solid black tattoo I have that's only about 2 months old. So completely healed, but where it's on my ankle it has a tendency to dry out from my socks. This moisturizer does a great job at refreshing that color to a nice solid black. For the price, you get a ton of packets, which would make it excellent for a tattoo artist who wanted to hand them out. But for me, I'm still a new tattooist, so I'm not seeing clients yet. So this is perfect for when I travel. I actually just come back from vacation and I put about five or six of these in my suitcase and went through all of them.
