The media could not be loaded. I got the wrong cord and I can’t plug it into the actual tattoo pen. It is supposed to have a hole not another metal prong. This is the box the cord came in but it does not match the cord on the box, which is the one I need

    • Danger to skin in every way!!
The media could not be loaded. DO NOT BUY!! If I could sue this seller for what the ink did to my skin and my Fiancee's skin I absolutely would!! The ink is the cheapest quality possible and literally burned through my top layer of skin and the Dermis is exposed and the ink fell out. Even in spots that the top layer is not completely off the ink has fallen out. It is not my technique or something I did wrong, it is the machine and the ink without question. I have to now go to the doctor to figure out how to fix my skin if even possible. It is absolutely horrendous and I wouldnt trust this ink for a second. The machine itself does not work either, it worked for 3 or 4 hours and then the wiring on the foot pedal completely fell apart. The pen itself does not work properly when the needle cartridge is locked into place and the lines cause bad skin trauma and yet somehow the ink doesnt stay?? Do yourself and everyome else a favor, save a trip to the hospital and do not use this ink or these needles on anyone. You get what you pay for and if being safe and getting a good machine that doesnt absolutely destroy skin costs a little more then it is absolutely worth it in the short term and the long term!! I suggest Intenze, Eternal, and Bloodline for ink, I would not trust anything else. Wireless pens are a little more expensive but worth it in the long run. Dont be cheap, be practical. ... show more

    • Stopped working after second tattoo
I have done many tattoos in my past wanted to try a new kind of gun bought it and was amazed with the first tattoo but when I was doing the second one it stopped working I am really upset.

    • Didnt work out of the box
First I received instructions for the wrong type of tattoo machine on the box. Pulled up a video to make sure how to hook it up and it will not power up. Trying to return it now

    • machine doesn’t work when needle is locked in
The media could not be loaded. machine stops working once needle is inserted. works right before but once needle is locked in, it won’t move the needle on any level of velocity. also gave me instructions for wrong machine. left no card for customer service or anything either.
