And when I say I have tried a lot of different eyeliners from liquid to pencil believe me I have tried a lot of eyeliners, from expensive brands like Chanel to Lancome and Dior. Applies easily like a gel but a thicker consistency and removes about like most eyeliners. Tends to smudge a little but not too bad so I just put a little eyeshadow over it and it’s fine.
