I needed a backpack type camera case, I usually use Domke bags but I have more lenses then it can carry now, plus I wanted a backpack for easier carry. I researched a lot of backpacks, price was a main issue, I really didn't want to spend a ton, but also wanted something I felt wasn't going to fall apart. I have a Canon R6 MK II and, Canon 70-300 L, Sigma 24-70 Art, Tamron 90mm macro, and a RF50mm (lens hoods too). Then a small flash and various cords, cleaning supplies, batteries, cards etc. It all fit with easy and I still have some space left over. The case seems very sturdy and well made. Stitching looks solid and overall it does look great. Padding is also good. It's comfy to wear. I haven't used it in the field yet, but overall, I am very happy. I does appear a bit smaller then expected which was good, especially with the fact that it fit all my gear then some. ... show more

This camera backpack from Tarion is very well built. Everything is made from premium material, from the nylon outer to the padding to the zippers. I have a pet peeve about zippers and this backpack comes with smooth secure zippers. The blue color is beautiful and contrasts nicely with the tan leather and orange inner padding. The backpack weighs 2 pounds. In the 3rd picture, I have it compared to a full size camera bag (right) and a DJI Mavic 3 bag (center-front). The DJI bag is a regular sized camera sling bag, so this Tarion bag is very compact and light for traveling. Overall, it is a really well made, light traveling bag. I was hesitant to buy it, but now I'm overjoyed with the purchase for meeting and exceeding my expectations. ... show more

Love this bag! I don't have a big telephoto lens yet, but I currently keep my entire set of gear in this bag, including 2 extra flashes, 2 batteries, a backup charger, and a few other extras (if you've had electrical failures 'in the field' you'll understand my paranoia) I haven't dropped it off a building or anything, but I don't have to worry about my fragile pieces bashing into each other while I climb and crawl around looking for bugs and other small wildlife. I have no trouble laying it down and accessing gear without worrying about dropping anything in the dirt. It's also really comfortable to wear, even in the high temperatures. It holds everything securely and fits a ton of stuff. The velcro pads give some variations on how you can store things to suit your needs and give you piece of mind about your most expensive hardware. I would have to pare down some of my extra equipment if I wanted to fit a bigger telephoto lens in there, but there would still be room for all my necessary hardware. It fits my Nikon D7500, 600mm len and 300mm len with room left. The straps definitely evenly distribute the weight so after a day hiking in the woods your shoulders aren't killing you. It came with a rain cover which works great.

I love this bag, I much prefer the backpack style to the classic "camera bag" style. It comfortably holds a camera body with a lens on, and several other lenses. The organizers are adjustable and can be rearranged to suit many configurations. I can easily carry everything I need and a few things I don't. The tripod loops on the bottom are awesome and allow easy access via buckle clips, but are still very secure and are adjustable. The side pockets are great for holding battery cases and flashes and stuff. I haven't used the laptop pocket but it seems roomy and secure and well padded.
