I really like this TaoTronics purifier. I have used a handful of purifiers over the years and so far I think this is the nicest one with the most ideal options in reference to noise, light, and performance. This purifier is very easy to setup, use, and transport from room to room. Sleek and compact in design, but does a great job with air circulation. I move it from the living room to the bedroom on a daily basis as I like to keep it functioning in the rooms where I am spending the majority of my time. Upon waking up, I feel as though I am breathing more clearly and this has helped reduce pet odor in my house as well. My wife has pretty severe allergies to just about everything and she also feels that this has greatly improved her breathing and sleeping. Very happy with this purchase!! The adjustable speeds allow you to keep it really quiet if need be and the turbo setting allows for fast purification of the air if that is the primary goal. This purifier is perfect for sleeping, whether you like a little bit of white noise and light, or if you prefer silence and no light, those settings are available. The air in the room feels less stuffy and I have been waking up more refreshed since using this device. Highly recommend; 5 stars.

I’m glad I decided to get this one over others. Couple reasons behind that: I have been using Taotronics devices such as Bluetooth receiver and had a positive experience with those devices. I’ll admit I was skeptical till the day I started using it. Big fan of HEPA since I have it in my Car as well. How it helps me with my allergies: I’m allergic to dust mites, fine dust and various allergens in the air. Before using it, almost every morning, the first thing that happened to me immediately after I woke up is sneezing. (I had that my entire life.) After I started using it, it solved my problem. As a person that has been bothered by allergies my entire life, this purifier works for me. (To be clear, I’m not saying it cured me.) We have a 1000 sq. ft living room and it almost covers our living space (sofa, tv etc.) and get rid of the cooking smell as well. Sound level: It’s quiet. I am very sensitive to noise as well. The machine sits in my bedroom (at night) and it doesn’t bother me at all when it turns on level 1. At level 1 speed, the fan volume is fairly low. Even level 2 sound is a minimal hum. Only when it’s on level 3, then the fan volume is more audible, but still way quieter than a kitchen fan. Also has a sleep mode that turns off the device automatically. The blue LED is a good show-off as i'm into RGB lighting, but if you're minimalistic you can also turn it off! Energy consumption: I leave it on at eco mode all day every day even when I am out at work during the day (I am an essential worker during these stay-at-home times). Didn't notice any increase in my energy bill. In fact, I used less electricity compared to the same period last year, so I guess when it's at eco mode, it won't consume a lot of electricity. Odor cleaning: It works really well and surprisingly well. Once my room is filled with burnt food smell because I overcooked some meat in the kitchen. I turned the purifier on to level 3 for a few minutes, and the air was clean again. No more lingering food smell from the kitchen. Filter Replacement: It provides an easy access to the HEPA filter, by turning the knob at the bottom side of the purifier. Overall, I am very pleased with the purchase and would recommend it to other buyers! This is one of the best air purifiers I have tried and comes with 12 months warranty and you can extend it to 30 months by registering on their website. This on top of 60 day return period is awesome for new buyers!

I have always had allergies ever since I can remember. I remember being desensitized in HS from almost all of my allergies but as I grew older, of course they came back. Anyway, our old Purifier has died on us for a while now and I have been looking for a replacement that is both affordable and effective. Here it is! I have only used it on the lowest setting but it has already changed the air quality so much. The room is about 20x30 and it works the room well. It is very easy to use, plug and play actually, aside from removing the plastic bag on the filter. There is not much sound from the fan, not disruptive in any way. It's like a white noise machine on the highest setting which doesn't bother me at all. I actually welcome that sound instead of the quiet of the night. It is packaged very well. There is no smell before, during, and after use. The only smell I noticed was when I opened the box, but also heat came out, but that's just from being in the delivery van for a long time during a hot day. I also find the night light feature a plus. There are some nights that I just want a dim light (although you can adjust to low, medium, or bright) during the night to avoid slipping when you need to get up in the middle of the night, without turning on a bright light. There is also a sleep mode option if you need one. I've never tried it though. I was also surprised on the size of this. I thought it would be smaller! I also like the design. Very clean! Overall, I love this purifier. Price wise it is very good for the quality.
