As soon as this arrived at my door I started unboxing it . Install was fairly easy but was pretty time consuming with only 1 person. It took me about 3 hours to fully assemble this but after k got it all put together, the cats couldn't wait to jump on it to check it out. The platforms are nice and plush for kitty to sleep on . The pads come off easy for washing , and hold up quite well in ghe washing machine. This is my 2nd cat tree like this that ive owned ( different brands) and the quality is good for the money spent and is very comparable to other similar cat trees sold in the box at Pet stores for half the price ! I've had this for about a month now and no one has used the hammock part yet but I'm sure young kittens would probably be the ones to use it . Its very cute and I love the color as it's nice and would go with any decor in your home. The adults love hanging out on the very top part mostly . I’ve never written a review before but I felt like this product deserves one. I looked around for cheap options but also large enough for two cat and finally decided on this one and I’m so happy I did! It was easy to put together and super soft and durable. In the directions it said for the first couple days to keep in a well ventilated area to help with the smell.. ours did not have any sort of bad odor which was great! The cats have slept on it everyday since we got it they love it. Okay, now the number one reason I decided to write a review, during assembly I noticed each size screw or hardware the cat Tree needed they sent an extra!!! In case one breaks or you lose a piece, they got you covered!! I have put so many things together and this is the first product I’ve seen to give you extra pieces for every single part!! I guess didn't read the measurements right cause I got this and was shocked how small it is. I do have big kitties though. They can fit in the hammocks, and the top but that's it and it's tippy. But it does have a thing to secure it to the wall so it doesn't tip... the scratch pad is kitten size. My cats can't even use it. Nor the scratch poles. And I have gotten bigger ones for a better price. Make sure you read and measure out the measurement before buying. Other than that it's a nice little cat tree for a small cat or kittens. The fabric on the hammock is very thin, you can feel the metal circle part pretty good through it probably making it not very comfy for a big cat like mine. In the photos I have it next to my big cat tree for reference. I wanted a not so tall one because my cats are old now and ai don't want then too high like the other tree I have in the photo. Like I said though it is probably my fault that I didn't actually measure it out to see the actual size. Much smaller than I expected. Went together easy though. ... show more

My kitty loves it but I messed up, I got smallest size, He, s only 7 months now, n he just feets3😴🙄☹️He is a pour Breed Bombay, they are known for their lenth not height. I was told they can grow to 20 inches, he, s 17inches, my bad but climber is cool but not very sturdy for bigc kittens less you pin it to wall, it comes with material for that. Relatively uncomplicated to assemble, the materials seem to be pretty good, should last a while with the exception of the scratch board which gets torn up the quickest. The base is far too small and too light as it is easy to tip over. I have to actually prop it up against another cat tree and a wall rather than screw anything in to the wall. However, the design is very nice and my cats love it. And I have 12 cats. All perches are used, and is a nice compliment to their fun area ... show more
