I had been using two separate recliner covers on my loveseat. Since they were designed for single recliners, they had issues--such as what to do with the extra two feet of material when there is no arm in the middle. Also, I needed to constantly adjust them because they would constantly slide back-and-forth and up-and-down. I don't have those problems with this cover. Since it is designed for a loveseat with a center console, it doesn't have an extra two feet of material in the center, just a short flap that tucks between the seat and the console. But what I really like about this cover is the straps! The straps around the top of the headrests are adjustable--which keeps that material next to my chair (My old ones were loose elastic designed for fatter chairs and left the material hanging loose.) The best part is the straps that go around at the base of the seat back--this cover was the only one I could find with this feature! This (combined with the anti-slip material) really keeps the cover moving all over the place. I like the material and the color and design work well with my family room. Since it covers most of the loveseat, it does it's main job of protecting it from my cats! It covers well, and like I said, stays in place. I can't speak to the waterproof because it hasn't come up yet. The cover material is soft and smooth; and it's easy to remove crumbs with my hand or a vacuum. Installation was fairly simple. I followed another reviewer's suggestion of cutting star shapes for the cup holders. If you have a loveseat with a center console, I highly recommend this cover! I would definitely purchase it again!

First of all, wow! I have two cats and brand new leather furniture, so the first thing I did was buy these covers. They are multi layered and quilted with batting in between two layers. Cat claws have been no issue! Second, they strap down perfectly and are held in place, which is amazing! They also have non slip backing which is crucial for leather furniture! The only reason I am docking 1 star is because the bottom doesn’t strap down to the foot rests. My cats always want to get underneath everything so this would make them perfect 5 stars. I will also need to Velcro the bottom of the center console piece underneath to keep it in place. You can hide the straps at the top near the headrests but I have not done that yet to deter the cats from crawling underneath, but I may change that and hide them later once they are used to them. They have to mess with anything new for a while and then they eventually forget about it. Really just a couple of minor adjustments and these would be the best on the market! Highly recommend!
