Very nicely made boots! The price is great. I've worn Uggs for years, and thought I would give this boot a try, due to it being a fully lined 100% sheepskin boot. I usually need a wide width, and according to reviewers, the toe box runs wide in the regular width...so I took a chance, and the regular width fits perfectly. Love my sheepskin boots. I have had my other fake Uggs for years and they finally started wearing out. I decided to get a short version and after reading about this wonderful company and their backing after you buy their product, I decided to try their boots. They are so soft! They are true to size! The only thing is the top edge might be a little uncomfortable if you are used to a full size boot as I was, but I believe they will get looser after they are broken in. Plus, the company backs up your purchase if you have any questions. I am overall very pleased with my purchase! I would give a 5 star but I’m not quite sure yet. You can also order wool liners from the company if you want to replace your other liners in your other boots and that is a fabulous concept! Great PR in my opinion! Mom and Pop companies are what I always look for and I would rather work with one like them!

I love these slipper/boots! I wear them in the house. So wonderful to slip in right off the bed! They are waterproof and can be used in the snow. The wool lining is the thickest and finest quality I’ve ever seen. It does not itch on my sensitive bare feet! It does not flatten down much and it springs back up. The shoe molds to your feet. They stay on without socks. This is very hard to accomplish with most shoes and an extremely narrow heel. The extra arch support is good support and was a major reason o purchased this pair! I very highly recommend them!

These boots are so comfortable, warm and stylish. I wear them everywhere now. Being able to just slip your feet in and out (no ties or zips) makes them my quick grab, no fuss pair when I'm on the go. I highly recommend this winter boot.

Worth every penny❤️ I purchased these with arch inserts . ( I have high arches) Right out of the box they were like walking on a cloud! They run true to size. I wear a 9 . I ordered a size 9 they fit perfect‼️ Soft , comfortable excellent boot . Beats what’s in the stores hands down‼️order a pair if you don’t like them you can send them back …. But a least TRY THEM‼️ I ordered Black very pleased , plan on ordering another pair ‼️

My original UGG boots are well over 10 years old and have started to show wear. This is a long time to own and wear a pair of boots. They were super comfortable and well made. When I started to look for new boots, I certainly visited UGG first. The price for the same boots I bought years ago was high, in my opinion. I came upon Mel&Syd as an alternative. The look was very similar (slightly not as high on the ankle as UGG). After reading reviews (mostly positive) I thought I would give them a try based on the price being half that of UGG. Overall, I don’t think they are as well made as my current UGG boots. They fit nice and snug by my toes, but my heel slips up and down a bit ( most reviews reported too tight). They are easier to step into vs UGG, but in the heel area I actually hear and feel the inner stiff construction of the boot pop where UGGs felt thick, soft, and snug on the heel (although a little harder to pull on). So far, I find the Mel&Syd boots a good alternative to UGG, especially for the price. I do like the color and look. Time will tell if they last as long as the UGGs.
