The installation was no big deal and went quickly since I had previous experience installing a similar water heater. The hot water heats up quickly, basically you turn on the faucet and wait a few seconds for hot water, which is much better than waiting a few minutes. If you're looking to get a small water heater to supplement your main water heater, then this is a great option! ... show more
