The media could not be loaded. My grand baby has so much fun & feels independent being able to operate this toy on her own. The function is very simple. She is 1 1/2 years old. She easily operates this toy. She turns it on/off, inserts/flips the cards, flipping cards because they are double sided, she presses the repeat button-to repeat info on the card. The vocabulary is very clear & easy to read & understand. It is lightweight, small & portable. Take it anywhere!! t is made very well! The cards do get a little bent because she is learning to be gentle. I think the age range this pertains to is very wide—of course depending on what age your child is connecting which letters makes what sounds & I think it is typical for the developmental stage/age for learning how to spell, amongst other things. I’d say the age range is early months old to 6 years old, or even older!! It really is a great learning toy! I am impressed how much she has learned from this toy.

ok this thing is definitely awesome, I liked it so much I bought more to give as gifts... seems super useful and the kids love these. no screen, just easy on the ears sound. overall super easy and fun to use. maybe would have been nice to have a larger battery but its USB chargeable, thats a win in my column.

We speak primarily spanish at home with our toddler and got this for them to start practicign their words. I like the variety of cards and the pictures on the cards are nice. The sound quality is good and states the words clearly. My only advise would be to be wary of the age of your toddler when introducing. My toddler likes to bend and rip paper/cards so many of our cards have seen better days from her grabbing them. Most still work but they can stop working if too damaged and they don't fit in the reader. We are planning to travel with this and I appreciate that it doesn't take up too much space.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Looks cute and toddler friendly. Thought it would be bigger when originally ordered so a little shocked when it came in and it was slightly smaller than my palm. I also like that is rechargeable instead of needing batteries like most children toys! Learning tool: My daughter isn’t interested in reading with us but these help her learn and recognize words while allowing her independence to do so! Fun for kids: She has so much fun changing the cards out by herself! Helps with her hand eye coordination and keeps her occupied for longer than I thought it would since she isn’t very interested in books! Card quality: Easily rips when in the hands of toddlers.

Buy this toy! This keeps my toddler entertained for so long. The quality is amazing. We have had this toy for over a year and it is still working great and we have only charged it 1 time! This is so educational and fun. My son has learned so many words and animal sounds from this. For the great price I thought this would be cheap and break very quickly but I am so happy with the quality. I recommend this to all of my friends with babies/toddlers!

Bought this as a gift for my grandson. He turned one. He loves it. He is able to put the cards in and out by himself. So yeah the card quality is ok. Wish they was a bit more thickness to them, but it is easy enough for a one year old to use. The vocabulary contained in the cards is amazing. Sooo many words!!! It functions just as described. I love that there are a minimal amount of buttons and I think it is a great gift for children.

My 2.5 year old loves this thing and his 5 year old cousin does too! This is the second one we own and it has an American accent and it says the US version for certain words. The old one we had was British English and it became problematic when my toddler started saying “cah” for “car” and saying “lorry” instead of “truck”. This one is perfect!

Great for littles and the price is hard to beat. There are a lot of cards with different subjects om them that are color coded. The words aee spoken clearly and there are even noises for certain cards. It does not take batteries and is chargeable but the port is a little small.
