These will not fit "Any" rv roller slot. I spent 25 minutes just trying to get 1 in the slot. My camper is a 2017 model and this shouldn't even be an issue. They are to wide to get into slot without much force. I tried to force one in, to no avail. Not going to damage my roller since it is made of soft aluminum just to get these in the slot. When I have some time I may sand them down to fit. I don't recommend these. YMMV.

I have had a camper for many years, about 20, and have gone through several types of awning lights. Had little lanterns, some big balls, rope lights... And just about every camping trip, when I want to set them up, think about how nice it would be to own some kind of hanger that slides into the little slit on the awning roll when it is all the way out. I always thought "I wish someone would invent something like that." And then I would spend the next few hours bending paper clips to hold up my lights. Someone invented them, or maybe they have been around for a long time, I never remembered to look when I was home. But when I saw these I realized how perfect they were. The slide into that little slot on your campers awning roll, and a hook hangs off those to hang lights. They will hold up to 15 pounds each, so could even use one or two to hang a towel to dry. But also perfect for camping lights. Really anything light you want to hang off your awning. 12 even with a longer awning, should be plenty. The part that slides into the awning roll is plastic and the S hook is metal. Feel plenty strong. Very excited for it to warm up enough to get back to camping, these will be a wonderful addition and time saver for me next season.

We were able to slide these into our Apex Nano awning rather easily and run our solar string lights on it. We opted to remove them when we were done, to avoid any possible damage to the awning material. With the removable hook, I'm sure the awning clip would be fine to leave in, but we opted to be safe.

These installed easily. Used to hold lights or flags. We used pencil erasers to hold separation distance for light weight items. Pay attention to weather and wind as you may need to remove them to stow the awning.
