This is a beautiful watch! A wonderful addition to my collection. In fact, the wrist band is so comfortable that it's become my 'daily wear' watch. I wasn't sure what I would think of the nylon strap at first but I have really come to love it. It's light-weight yet feels very secure at the same time.     • Beautiful, modest, versatile but terminally flawed
I absolutely love everything about this watch. The design, subtleness, and versatility has made it my daily wearer since the day I got it. It was EXACTLY what I was looking for: mechanical, diver, non-chrono, non-leather/metal band, blue. For disclosure, I own decent sized collection of mechanical timepieces, some costing 10x more than what I paid for this, but this turned out to be the only one I would wear all day every day. I was certain this would be my last major watch purchase for the next decade. Unfortunately, either I was delivered a flawed piece and/or there are critical underlying issues with TAG's quality control. Two months in, it had stopped keeping time. Even with regular daily winding, it would run and stop sporadically . I called Asurion and sent it in for service. It took them a month and a half to get it back to me. It worked well for a week or so before the problem came back again. The problem at that point was beyond a malfunctioning timepiece for which I paid a premium. It had made me late for several important meetings throughout my week and it subconsciously broken my trust with ANY watch I wear on my wrist thereafter. I now have to double check the time on my cell phone, which has defeated the justification of wearing a watch altogether. So I called Asurion again exploring alternative solutions (a replacement or a refund), as I had zero confidence in my piece especially after being 'serviced and repaired' once (and one too many being a 'premium' brand). Their only solution they extended was for me to send it back, which they will then send to the manufacturer. After which they'll determine if it's serviceable or irreparable. If the latter, they will extend me a full refund. The process was quoted by the agent to take as long as 3-4months. So here I am now, about half a year into ownership of this stunning piece for which I certainly would've given a 5-star rating to had I written this within the first month. But in that 6 months, I've only had it on my wrist reliably for only a third of the time. And now I have to wait for up to 4 months on the verdict, which is irrelevant by now as my trust, faith, and patience in this watch and brand altogether is dead. ... show more
