If he was older I'd get an Omega, etc., but since he's a teenager that's too much watch for him to care for, so a solid, tough TAG quartz is just the ticket. They look great, are bullet-proof, and hold value over time. Should last him several decades at least. The watch I received was brand new in TAG Heuer packaging, and it was shipped fast. It was also the best price around at $950 (I found pre-owned watches for more $) but I noticed price went up after I bought one. I own several watches: Rolex, Breitling, Omega, as well as a few TAG Heuer, and I love the brand. You can buy more expensive watches but it's very hard to get a better performing or better looking time piece. I know, I know, a $3 quartz watch or your phone tells the time just as well, but you can't wear those on your wrist to a job interview, eh? ... show more
