Ok, so I love this watch on paper, but my level of confidence wasn't the highest about buying an advertised Tag through Amazon. Did my homework. Made sure one of these watches was offered by Amazon.com and not a gray 3rd party seller. Compared Tag's warranty on their website and Amazon's warranty. Both are 2 years and read very similarly. My Tag arrived yesterday and I took it to an authorized dealer today. When I took it up to the associate and asked for verification of authenticity, he laughed and said, "Funny!" Then he pulled up his sleeve and revealed the same watch. He compared mine to his own, plus another in the sale case. He didn't want to open up the back in the case that would void the warranty. But with the transparent backing, he studied it a good bit and could find no reason to be suspicious. He claimed it be authentic with confidence, but warned that if something serious were to go wrong with the watch, then I may have trouble getting Amazon to come through (Tag isn't going to give a non-authorized dealer replacement parts). So you'll have to weigh: good deal vs sound warranty. In my situation, I have peace of mind that I got a good deal and that with Tag's reputation for quality I won't have a rotor break (knock on wood). If it falls apart tomorrow, then you'll be hearing back from me. Otherwise, it's a remarkable piece to be proud of. ... show more

Bought it in 2015 and has stopped working in the begging of 2018, two and a half years of use only. I would not buy a 2000 watch for only 2 years of use.

Very nice watch, over 1k less then retail shops. Definately authentic, even if it doesnt come with an international warranty card, you don't need it with the amazon provided 2 yr warranty. update, received watch on March 9-2016, it is now May 23-2017, had no issues with the watch, all is well and working as should.
