An exquisite timepiece dressed in stainless steel, the TAG Heuer Men's Carrera Black Dial Watch is a restrained and beautiful example of TAG Heuer craftsmanship. This watch's magnificent finish begins with a 41.5mm stainless steel case and a fixed black ion-plated steel bezel with white tachymeter markers. The black dial, which is protected by a scratch-resistant, anti- reflective sapphire crystal, offers up luminous silver-toned stick hour markers and hands, which are powered by automatic self-wind movement. A date display window at the 3 o'clock position and three chronograph sub-dials with 60-second, 30-minute and 12-hour displays also grace the dial. A stainless steel bracelet straps the watch to your wrist, while a luxurious deployment clasp makes sure it stays there. Finally, this watch offers water resistance up to 330 feet (100 meters).

Looks good but -- for what I consider to be a not-cheap watch -- it breaks constantly and warranty is ridiculously short. First, it stopped winding about a year after purchase. Had to ship it back to factory. Luckily, this one was under warranty still. Next, i was adjusting the time like i always do and the entire winding mechanism ripped out. had to send it back to factory at a cost to me of a couple hundred dollars. Now, the stop watch button ripped out. I wear this watch daily and dont subject it to any brutal wear and tear (unless you consider office life brutal). buyer beware. ... show more

Very happy with my new tag watch. Very fast shipping. And it's a legit tag watch. I was a lil skeptical about ordering it online because of stories that I have heard from friends about ordering expensive stuff online with out seeing it in person. But for the prize and because it was an amazon posted sale I went for it. And it is a legit tag watch confirmed by my jeweler when I got it sized. It's my 1st tag watch ever. And it looks amazing. Have had a lot of complete from people that really know their watches. By the way saved about $1800 getting by amazon instead of Jared's. I will definetly keep shopping amazon for more stuff and I know the prize will be less. So for any one that hesitant about spending this much for a tag watch from amazon got for it. got it as a gift from my dad, and I have been wearing it for an year now and it looks the same. images available on amazon don't do justice to the watch. have a look at it in the store. don't be fooled by its specified thickness. It does not look that thick partly because both front and rear are convex. a bit heavy though. ... show more

    • Fault and even worse service!
I just wanted to make potential buyers aware of problems that I have had with this watch. I have owned this model for 3 years and have worn in fairly reguarly. Unfortuantly during this time I have lost one pusher rod (on either side of the crown)and one crown. I woud say that I have not abused or banged the watch more than to be expected from everyday life. As this is a sportswatch I would expect it would be OK to use during sport needless to say just in the office (as I have used it). My obvious conclusion is that the quality on this fairly expensive watch is pretty poor. My other comaplaint would be the service provided by Tag's service department in Manchester. The first time they charged me over £300 to fix the pusher button. There claim was that it had been abused. On the secon occasion they used the same "excuse". My advise it to steer clear and go for an Omega. Faults do happen with products i know but at least Omega they seem to do something about it with a degree of common sense. (one star is for the look of the watch which is great!) ... show more
