I got it for my 79-year-old dad. It’s very practical. It’s easy to use. He can work it with no problem. There is nothing too fancy. The band is comfortable, and easily molded to the shape of his arm. He has some arthritis in his fingers, but has no problem at all putting this watch band on and buckling it to the right size. The face is sleek, and the black around the face seems to be more of a matte black rather than a shiny black. I love that part. I got this as a cheap alternative to the more expensive military style watches out there. I wasn’t expecting much, but I was impressed by how nice the watch looks and feels in person. It fits well and the glow in the dark face glows brightly for hours - but dims over time. It’s made well, keeps accurate time, and I expect it to last at least a few years with normal use - but it’s not very water resistant. It did fine in the shower but I went to a water park with the family and the higher pressure of water on the slides broke right through the seals on the watch. Overall this is a really sleek and simple watch; my friend commented that he thought it was at least $100, so he was floored when I said I paid $8. Only downside, the batter died after a week... I guess that's probably why it was on sale.
