So far it seems to be working pretty good. I did do the battery alligator clip mod to it so I can use it on several different things quickly instead of having to use zip ties and what not. The only thing I’m not impressed with is the directions are difficult to understand so I want up having to watch some YouTube University videos to understand how to go from two stroke to four stroke, etc.

As others have said, it's a little tricky to setup perfectly. I have it on a Yamaha 8hp 2 stroke outboard to find the right propeller size. I've used it twice so far and the readings were a little off the first trip, but I think I have it figured out now.

Installed this on an Onan generator in my 5th wheel and the hardest part is figuring out where to mount it. Works perfectly and probably the easiest thing I've installed on this trailer... lol Well worth the $12 bucks.

Overall I give this a three star.. I started with a 5 star and took one star off because there is no shut off switch and to replace the battery you have to un-mount it to change it. It is constantly on which will shorten battery life. Hopefully I can get at least one year per battery. I took another star off because the instructions are not very good. Other than that the product works as described and I am satisfied. I see some complaining about the unit jumping all around while using the RPM reading. When I wrapped the wire around my spark plug wire I also super glued it to keep it good and tight. I am using this on a Craftsman GT5000 with a 26HP Kohler engine twin cylinder.
