I honestly thought it wouldn’t hold up well since it’s really light but when I got stuck on a trail and needed to fill holes with rocks and chip away at a rocky bank it held up really well! Obviously the shovel is a little chipped now but that’s it. If I used it like that 20+ timesaver it probably wouldn’t be holding up as well but as an emergency shovel it’s good. Also the color is really red, I love it. I bought Velcro straps from another company to mount it to my rack.

Manufacturers, a diagram speaks a thousand words, please do this for your tools! It would have helped to have diagram with dimensions. and saved me a lot of time. I was not familiar with certain terms in the description so I was not able to gauge the actual length of the handle, the head, etc.--just had to guesstimate. I was looking for a regular sized "head" a with shorter handle. I find regular shovels are made for a good size male or female. I am a 5' female. I have is an old shovel with a regular head and a shorter handle--very handy-- which I reach for almost 100% of the time. The shovel that arrived is not what I expected, but will keep, as it appears well made.
