I’ve owned several pairs of this style of sunglasses from Pro Acme over the last several years. I kept coming back to them because they were great quality for the price and I didn’t feel too badly if I lost or broke them because they’re reasonably priced. Well they have changed. The old style had thicker, sturdy arms with spring hinges, reminiscent of their much more expensive counterpart. Now the arms are super thin and flimsy, and the hinges no longer have springs. The entire frame is thinner metal overall now. I used to feel like I was really getting something good for a great price. Now you just get a crappy pair of sunglasses for an appropriate price.
