Updating to say I have been in contact with customer service and they have been great. They contacted me quickly and have been super helpful and willing to make it right. I believe the one I got may have just been a fluke. It happens. I will update again later once it has been used more. I bought this for my son to replace his old Kindle. I chose this tablet because it's an Android, which works the Family Link, the parental control app I currently use with his phone. He doesn't know I bought it so today, while he is at school I have been getting it all setup and ready for him to use. I have been messing around with it for about an hr or so and in that time it has rebooted 3 times all on it's own. It is completely charged and the setup is complete so there is no reason for the reboots. This is a quite decent tablet that I got for my son, but it might be something that I might be using instead. It is not Samsung/Ipad quality, but it is a great all-around-device and quite impressive for a budget tablet. It has latest Android (with no unnecessary apps - which frankly quite rare!). I've been using it for various tasks like for productivity work, entertainment, and gaming, and it handles them all with ease. There are some lag sometimes when multiple apps are opened, but otherwise quite decent performance.The screen is clear and bright, making it perfect for watching videos and browsing the web. This tablet is a great value for the price especially considering all the accessories it comes with. For this price, you get a wireless mouse, a bluetooth keyboard, a case cover, and screen protector. The keyboard and mouse are comfortable to use, and they make the tablet feel like a mini laptop :) I recommend this if you are looking for a budget tablet, and also if you want it to be versatile (with the accessories and all). ... show more
