Cons: 1. the picture is like an early touch screen phone where it was all fuzzy and pixelated. Not high or even medium quality. 2. It takes forever for it to charge. An annoyingly long time of about 5 to 6 hours. 3. On top of the long charging time, the battery dies in about an hour of my kids watching YouTube videos. I know it uses a lot of battery, but after the 5 hour charging period, one hour is just ridiculous. 4. You won't be able to take the case off once you put it on because it connects via an adhesive, not something you pop it in and out. I don't even use the case. 5. (This could be user error, I don't know) I could never get my SIM card to work in it. I've tried resetting like the SIM company said and restarting it, but nothing. 6. The charging cord is super short. Pros: 1. It's a sturdy and good feeling tablet. Without turning the screen on, it looks and feels nice. 2. It comes with a lot of cool gizmos. Lol. The keyboard works nicely by Bluetooth and is sleek. I haven't used it on any other devices, but it works. I haven't used the mouse because I already have one. 3. It was a rather cheap purchase that came with a bunch of stuff. Overall, Amazon makes better and cheaper tablets. They might not be as big, but the screen is better quality and the battery sure lasts a lot longer. If you're looking for a large tablet for a kid to play with on a short road trip (probably just to go to the grocery store) while you keep the keyboard and mouse, then I guess you could get it. The tablet itself is great. Love the size and style. Everythings amazing.There was two issues though, it didnt came with an OTG cord like it was supposed to. Amazon was supposed to give me a credit to get one but I haven't received that yet. The second issue is I thought the pen would be the kind you can use to write on tablet itself (like a stylist pen) but it was an actual ink pen. Not what I expected ... show more

absolute biggest mistake of my life once you get it you have to have a sim for it or something like that it refuses to connect to net works. The tech support from Amazon was nice and he really did try but something with their network and everything just doesn't work over here don't it it I swear to God biggest mistake ever I would of given it zero stars but zero wasn't an option ... show more
