The 10" tablet is a nice size,it came with 2 screen protectors 1 on the tablet and another in the box.It can be a little slow but it's working out great for me.I have all my apps I use but one the Verizon app,for that I go to Verizon my plan web site and log in,I have the web site saved. It's easy to use and easy to find what I'm looking for on the tablet.I was able to transfer my bookmarks to my new tablet from my cell phone.

I ordered this tablet mostly because I need to be able to split screen for work. And it said it could split screen, this is very untrue very disappointing because I really needed a tablet that was able to perform this feature. If the sales people are able to help me with that like they say it could I would be happy to change my review. Until then I don't like it.

Only had a couple of weeks. Definitely downloaded updates much faster than my last tablet, but the battery dropped quick when using. Unless there is a login issue and you're waiting for it to die, then it apparently lasts forever! A couple weeks in the lockscreen just stopped working. It would confirm that I used the correct swipe, would act like it was logging me in, but then it justs goes back to lockscreen. I restarted at least 30 times. Both with the buttons, and using a paperclip in the reset hole. Never does it ever give you an option to factory reset. Support just says to return it. WASTE OF MONEY!!!! I'm returning it, and am praying to God that I do not have any security issues.
