I was very pleased with this tablet and highly recommend it. My toddler dropped and cracked the screen of their other tablet. I wanted a tablet that already came in a great protective case, and this one does. It also comes with a screen protector already placed on it and a second one comes in the box. The size is perfect, great graphics, easy for my toddler to use. The handle on the case makes it easy for little hands to carry. I am also very impressed with how long it stays charged. I bought this tablet for my nephew after Christmas. It worked fine for about 3 months. After that it stopped charging. I reached out to Amazon to see if there was a warranty because my return window closed. I was told it was under warranty and to contact the manufacturer to see about getting a refund or exchange. I emailed the manufacturer (as I was told to do by Amazon) and waited 7 business days with no response before reaching out to Amazon again. An Amazon customer service representative was able to help me with a refund but I never heard back from the manufacturer. ... show more

The battery lasts long hours, and the protective case does the job. Parental control is a breeze.. Can be controlled from your smartphone from anywhere. You receive notifications from the Family Link app anytime something is downloaded, and also time spent on any apps on the tablet. It's great. Came with a stylus that my child use and helps with his writting skills, as far as how to hold the pen properly and applying enough pressure.
