We got this because we bought a new 75” tv on a whim. Anyways I looked at reviews after I bought it and was terrified of the assembly. It actually wasn’t too bad, long yeah, but instructions are pretty easy to follow and the bf and I only argued a little bit, I was fully prepared for a breakup during the process of putting this together but we did well. I have owned this TV cabinet stand for about 5-6 months now, and it still looks amazing! The white on wood color combination looks great. The installation was not the easiest, and I did use extra wood glue just to make sure, but it has been ultra sturdy with my 65" tv on top. Has not sagged one bit! Color is a little darker than expected. The door are kind of flimsy but decent. A lot of storage space and fits our large TV well, which is what we were looking for.

    • Keep Your Expectations Modest

If you're like me and use MDF / "Engineered Wood" furniture regularly, you probably saw this product listing and thought "wow, this looks better than IKEA quality for pretty much the same price!" Once I finally got around to putting it together, I realized it was definitely lower quality - not by a huge margin, but by a modest one. - on arrival, the artificial wood grain layer put on top of the MDF was already peeling - there will be roughly twice as many inexplicable gaps and corners / edges not lining up than you would expect with the usual 'manufacturing tolerances' you have to expect with MDF furniture. It's like they put a little drop of M.C. Escher madness onto half of the pieces. - one of the pieces arrived broken in half, and the customer service team sent me an *entire new unit* instead of just the one piece that broke! On the one hand, this was great customer service. On the other hand, it underscores just how cheaply these units are being made My advice, is to not expect to be able to look at it too closely and not notice this stuff. I could see these things from an easy 10 feet away. If anyone wants photos, I'll happily attach them. ... show more
