Seller was very responsive and understanding due to damage during shipping. FedEx was not helping the situation, but the seller offered help and a replacement part. The dresser is sturdy and fits nicely in the smaller space available.

After I got it put together its a really nice sturdy unit, but the directions have a lot to be desired, they are not clear and I'm pretty handy, I had to take it apart and in doing so the fasteners blew out, I had to glue it back together. Like I said after you get it put together right, we love it.

Took 2hrs to put together but totally worth it. Once all the bolts and crews are together the piece is sturdy and id highly recommend it. Thankfully I already have other pieces from this seller on the way so I’m happy with the product.

Update:Seller and Amazon has still not refunded the shipping cost. Amazon is not taking responsibility for the failure of the first representative telling me to take it anywhere I wanted to ship it back. In case, anyone else has this happen the process is that you contact the seller and they create a shipping label which takes about three days. I learned this process with another piece of furniture that has drawers that I didn’t even want to mess with after this fiasco. Neither party has taken responsibility for this call representative failing at her job and telling me to just send it back. I asked her, is that all I have to do and she said yes. One of them owes the shipping cost to me. My husband and I followed the directions to a T. Once we finally got to the drawers the would not go in even at all and the top rails would not even take a drawer. Nothing I/ we did would fix it. I did all the double back checking the railing on the drawers and the wall on both sides. The wheel on the top drawer slot would not slide into place. Being a person who grew up on a farm I can usually get things to work. Not in this case. I kept running the thoughts through my head of why it wasn’t matching up. Turns out the board had a very slight warp curving back to the right. At that point, I figured out that it was not going to work. I called Amazon, the girl told me to take it and ship it back they would take care of it. Get to the ups store and I had to pay to ship it back. Second Amazon person had a “ain’t my problem” attitude and third Amazon person filled out everything that should have been done with the first phone call. Seller is claiming that they are not responsible for the shipping and to contact Amazon & that they will reimburse the $276 but not the $256 for shipping that Amazon has to pay for it.. I’ve done that and now waiting on but not real optimistic on getting the $256 shipping fees back from anyone. Not reputable! Stay away!

The media could not be loaded. Took a long time to put together alone but no biggie....THE BIG ISSUE I am having is my sliding doors do NOT SLIDE ALL THE WAY, they hit into the middle drawers knobs, I looked over the directions a million times and its defin put together correctly, so that is a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT, I am waiting to hear bk from the seller, otherwise I will just have to try and get smaller knobs :(
