Honestly, it was a little bit of a chore to put together - lots of pieces; the final result, however, is quite nice. The dresser is sturdy, the doors slide easily, and the different compartments provide adequate space.

This is a solid piece of furniture that is both beautiful and functional. It took me about 3 hours to put it together and the instructions were straight forward. To prevent it from tilting forward, it comes with 2 metal pieces to attach to the bottom 2 front feet… since I’m not planning to put anything heavy on top or in the cabinet, I might end up removing them in the future.

I bought this dresser along with the king bed frame, (2) nightstands, and the seven drawer dresser. Very nice piece of the collection. Easy to assemble, but recommend two people so you minimize the risk of damaging the furniture. Takes about two hours to assemble if you take your time and don’t rush through it.

First, the box is extremely heavy so you need two people to lug it into the home. I am not sure how the FedEx guy did it.Secondly, the company was super smart to place wooden boards on the ends that read packing only not part of product, so the item does not arrive broken. Thank you for that! Thirdly, it will take 2-4 hours to put together do not get frustrated! It will look great. Finally, make sure to put the screws in the correct brackets for the drawers. The middle drawers need to sit inside farther so the bar doors can move side to side.

I bought this dresser along with the nightstand. Aside from one side of the barn doors being crooked (probably due to the pre-drilled holes), I think it came out well. Just pay very close attention when putting this guy together. There’s a lot of different pieces that the instructions want you to put together seemingly all at once. It’s very easy to miss important details, especially if you’re listening to music or other media as you work. There were a couple of times I had to go back a few steps because the instructions were not clear about a certain way things had to be facing, etc. Oh, and you’ll be using glue so factor that into the fun as well. Other than the pain of putting the dresser together, I think it’s still worth the money. It looks nice and is lightweight, but is still sturdy. I would recommend for anyone on a budget. *Important note: Make sure you’re putting the screws through the right holes in the drawer slides. I made the mistake of putting them in the wrong holes on one side. This led to the drawers sticking out too much, causing the barn doors to get stuck and not open all the way. As soon as I realized my mistake, the barn doors worked fine. I noticed other reviewers had this issue so just double check when you’re through to make sure you aren’t making the same mistake.
