It works fast and cuts big branches, very well as well as small ones. I am very satisfied. I have trimmed at least 100 fruit trees, 50 grapevines, and 80 rosebushes and many other bushes already. Battery life is great. The round extension pole works great for the fruit trees, and for reaching near the ground if you don’t want to bend over. One word of caution watch your left hand, it Can cut fingers easily I imagine. So far, it’s holding up well and seems to be a sturdy piece of equipment.

This pruner is amazing! It has power to spare cutting through very thick, dense branches ... some up to 1 1/2 " thick. It's very convenient and comfortable to hold and use. I purchased one with the extension pole, and it is also very easy to use. Works well, but pretty heavy to use for any length of time (for weaker or older gardeners) but is very sturdy! Battery life is excellent! We're very safety conscious when using the pruner (we value our fingers) and there are some safety features built in. We received this package promptly, in excellent, new condition, and exactly as described by seller! We highly recommend both the product and the seller!

I have a apple orchard and last week the pruners counter shows over 8000 cuts! That should say it all. These work great. I'll trim all day long and have plenty of battery life left. It will cut through 1 1/2 inch green branch easily. I really like the full control trigger. The blade will open and close has you press or depress the trigger. So if you squeeze only half way the blade will only close half way. Really nice if your trying to be careful reaching in to cut a tiny branch. I love these pruners!

This product works so good. I wish there had been a better instruction manual especially for the oiling. There was nothing about what type of oil to use. These clippers make short work of a chore. Cuts pretty good sized branches.

Update 09/29/23: I put the two batteries on the charger a second time. Now they do work. Don't know why they didn't the first time. So, the handheld pruning device NOW WORKS. However, the pole is useless. The customer service did make some attempt in providing assistance but it did seem very sincere or helpful to me. They want a picture of the problem with the pole. I have no way of providing them with a picture of the defective pole. The pole is hinged and foldable and needs to be locked in place by thumb screws that are provided. However, the screw hole does not line up and thus, cannot be locked into position. I will try again, but contacting customer service had a glitch and I was unable to reach them via, the Amazon vendor site. Also, upon receipt, I charged the two batteries. That was two weeks ago. I haven't tried using the device because of the intense outdoor temps. In any event, the shear is NOT working. I will try charging them again and see what happens. Stay tuned. For now, the implement is unusable, both for the pole that is useless and the failure of the shears to work.

I bought this product after I saw a few reviews on YT. I didn't have many expectations of it because it was gimmicky. I was wrong. This handheld pruning shear is a monster, downright very dangerous if you are not paying attention while using it. It will cleanly take your finger(s) off before you say, ouch! It goes through 1-inch branches like nothing, cleanly cut them with precision. It beats the manual lopper, hands down. The moving blades should be oiled frequently, before and after use, to keep the pruner in good working condition. Here are the pros and cons. Pros: - does the work very well, cut cleanly up to 1.5-in branches/roots - has a foldable extension bar for long reach - one battery can easily do 100+ cuts - complete kit with 2 batteries, a charger, extension bar, shear, shoulder harness, belt holster, and extra blade/hardware. All fit in a molded case. - ergonomic handle - reduce hand fatigue when doing multiple cuts Cons: - a little heavy, especially when used with the extension bar - cumbersome in tight spaces - must use the special voltage power adapter that comes with the kit.

I love the shears (pruner). They work great. But, within the first year, I had an issue with the tabs breaking that hold the battery to the bottom of the shears. I contacted TTovia and they were great and very supportive. They immediately sent me a new body and a video on how to replace it. I will now be more careful with the battery by making sure the battery is secure to the bottom and locked into place with the tab. Overall this is an amazing product with Outstanding Customer Service. Thank you TTovia for standing behind your product. Attached is a photo of the broken tab, and a photo of me in the middle of replacing the body - it's not very technical of a job, just go slow and watch the video. Also, I bought the extension and it works great (highly recommended), and I bought the 25V battery (2 of them). The batteries are amazing, I rarely run out of juice on one of them. Great product. :)
