Honestly, I'm a huge believer in western medicine. It works, as we all can attest to. In terms of herbal remedies, I use plenty of them. Some of them seem to work, others, no difference at all. With that said, regarding T-Relief Extra-Strength Arnica, all I can say is I an now a believer. It works amazingly well as an anti-inflammatory and pain reliever for joints/muscles within minutes of taking the supplement. I will also say, as a word of caution to folks considering taking this stuff, be careful not to take too much. I chewed down more than the recommended amount one day (my fault I know) after a very rigorous workout and while my joint/muscle pain was taken care of, unfortunately I had very strong stomach cramps. Apparently this stuff in high doses can cause stomach aches, among other things. Aside from that, as long as you know not to take too much, this stuff really does work. ... show more

This is absolutely amazing. I was taking Tylenol and Motrin every day multiple times a day for a very painful condition. A friend told me about this; I ordered two different formulas from the same company. They’re both equally effective. I am extremely grateful that I no longer have to take that over-the-counter poison anymore. God is so good. I’m always grateful for the amazing natural alternatives. This has been a blessing. As a side note, prior to this condition I never took pain killers, not even OTC. This formula has been perfect for me; I don’t know how it would work for someone who is used to taking narcotics or has a high tolerance for medications. My eight-year-old, 95 pound, Czech/SV/DDR German Shepherd and I take both the red and green bottles, depending on the pain issue(s) at hand. Among various aches and pains of everyday life, I have arthritis in my shoulder, my left hip, and my left knee as well as three hernias in my cervical spine, one in my lumbar, a rupture at L3/L4, and calcifications/arthritis in my thoracic spine; he started showing hip pain when he was seven-years-old (which is actually REALLY good for a dog of his size and breed, but he has been well-cared for and I won't be surprised if he lives until 15). We've both had nothing but good experiences with T Relief and it's far safer than prescription NSAIDs (especially for a breed prone to kidney issues like the GSD). He will normally eat anything I toss to him... raw broccoli, cabbage, carrots, pieces of a banana, and even spinach leaves, but he hates the taste of these so I have to crush them and mix them into a tiny amount of food. I don't mind the taste at all though, and simply chew them up and wash them down with water on an empty stomach; thirty minutes later, I'm feeling remarkably better. They taste sweet, almost like powdered sugar but not THAT sweet. I find the red bottle works faster for soft tissue pain and the green works better for the deep joint aches and pains, so I'll often (for both me and my dog) take a half dose of each at the same time. I've also given this to my nearly seventy-year-old uncle for his hips and knees and he swears by it, too. ... show more

My lower back, upper legs are blown, it's all in my pelvis, sacroiliac joint/tendons. The pain has been excruciating at times.. Going to the Doc, tomorrow. I have been eating Ibuprofen every few hours. I normally ride pain out, don't use OTC meds. I have gone through tubes of Arnica, my friend that keeps me sane. I rec'd my pills today, the Extra Strength version. First 2 I chewed, 2nd dose I let melt. Whatever this combination is of herbs, my pain has dissipated substantially. I am beyond impressed. I will taper off the Ibuprofen, continue taking these pills. Tomorrow I am going to a chiropractor, first time ever.
