Two things. This product will not hold the posted weight limit without it being under tremendous stress. It will probably comfortably hold about 200-225 pounds, without issues or one good sized adult or two people with that combined weight. Also, the curved wooden spacers are a nice idea, but the hammock strings don’t stay put when one is sitting in it. Otherwise, it’s a worthwhile purchase for the price. ... show more

Easy to put together. I'm not sure about the whole 400lb max thing. 1 thing I'm concerned about is how the fabric stretches. I only used it once for about 2 hours and it stretched to the ground and I had to adjust it. Not sure if that's normal.
