It works well and feels sturdy. However, if your dog pulls or you sometimes needs both hands to control him, this thing is awkward. Also, you need both hands to use it, so if you use a retractable leash it's tough. I put a should strap on it to free up a hand while carrying it, and I also put a wrist strap on my dog's retractable leash so I could have both hands to use this. If you put a plastic grocery bag over the scooper, you can pick up the poop without getting it dirty. But, the scooper is too big for regular poop bags you'll need to use plastic grocery bags or XL poop bags. ... show more

It picks up poop easily and I don't have to bend over, seems well made with good materials, handle has good pressure and isn't hard to activate the jaws. Win/win. Just make sure to rinse it off once it awhile to remove poop build up. I use it twice a week to clear the backyard of poop mines left by 3 dogs and rinse after each use. ... show more

I mean what can you say about a pooper scooper? The quality of the product is great and easy to snap into place. The hinge is sturdy and clamps back well. Using a poop scoop, you run the risk of tearing up some grass in your yard, if that is something you may be concerned about. The pups say 10/10 on the clean backyard with the use of this scooper. This product works fantastic but is a little short it isn’t adjustable to make longer so for my boyfriend whom is 5’11’ it hurts his back to use overall very sturdy and works good and great for price.
