We had purchased this food warmer back in September of 2025, and had been using it regularly till March of 2026. It had done the job it needed to all the way up to that point, unfortunately it had stopped working and did not want to turn on even after all the recalibration steps. The good thing is that this company is very good with their customer support. I had contacted them the morning of the product malfunctioning and within the afternoon they were able to replace my machine with ease. I had 3 litters of pups in other pins I bought from a different company I thought this company was tge same I had ordered others from. NO ITS NOT THE QUALITY OF OTHER COMPANY. THE HAMMERLITE FINISH PAINT DOES NIT COVER THE METAL ON PANNELS OR POLES AND IS ALREADY SHOWING RUST. I TRIED TO RETURN IT BUT WAS TOLD I HAD TO SEND PIX OF THE DAMAGE WHERE THE WIRES WERE BENT WHEN I UNPACKED IT. I CALLED AMAZON THEY TOLD ME THEY WOULD STEP IN AND REFUND IT. I DIDN'T HAVE TO SEBD PIX ASKED IF I NEEDED TO RETURN IT THEY SAID NO JUST DISCARD IT ANY WAY I WANTED TO SO I DID. NOW AMAZON IS SIDING WITH COMPANY THEY NEED PIX OF DAMAGE. DIDN'T FIND OUT TILL TO LATE TO SEND PIX. SO IM OUT THE PRICE OF THIS PRODUCT AND HAVE NOTHING BECAUSE I TRASHED IT CAUSE WAS SUCH BAD QUALITY

I love these things. I have 4 of them in use all the time by different manufacturers. This one however just quit on me. Think its the heating element but of course they dont sell those to replace. Will try another brand next time.
