I love the color, and these stools are comfy to sit in and the perfect height for my kitchen bar area. I did not have the issues that some users had with missing parts, and I found the assembly to be pretty easy. For those who said the holes don't line up - you may have to muscle it into place, and definitely get all the screws started before tightening any of them, but the metal is just flexible enough to do that and you end up with a very sturdy-feeling stool. No wobble at all, and that's important to me.

We had a very difficult time putting these together. The legs go on OK but the frame at the bottom is simply too big, and we had to almost bend the legs to get it to even fit. After which point, the screw holes did not line up well and some screws are still sticking out. It took two people to build and we scratched up the legs in the process. Does not feel sturdy. Plus, the leg rest for the counter-height stools are too low, and I am average height. Overall, I don't recommend this product, and I regret not paying more for a higher quality item.

I actually loved the stools, but there were several issues with the product. The package was damaged when it arrived. One of the stools is missing a leg and another is one of the taller stools. I was fine with having a taller stool, but now I’m missing out on one bar stool because I don’t have a leg for it . I’m waiting to see if the seller will send me the missing leg. This was easy to assemble and the directions were easy to follow. While I felt like these stools were a little pricey, I definitely got my bang for my buck. The chairs themselves are comfortable and the material of the seat is soft. The frame are steady and I dot. Have to worry about someone knocking the chair over.

I had originally given these barstools a one star rating because there was only enough hardware to assemble 2 out of the 4 that were ordered. I contacted the company by email and they assured me they would ship the missing screw packets immediately. Their solution was to ship me 2 more barstools. Granted I now had the hardware to assemble my 2 remaining barstools - just a little odd. I do love these barstools. They were very easy to assemble and look great. The company was very easy to work with.

Bought the 4 pack of orange, bar height stools. All pieces were there except for two of the legs. After a message to the seller they sent two more chairs to compensate me as they said they didn’t have two spare legs. A couple days later they arrived so now I have a box with spare parts just in case. I’m a big guy and usually hate having my legs hang down. But these chairs fit me comfortably, feel sturdy, and look nice. They came with instructions and were easy to put together. Some bolts didn’t line up perfectly but it wasn’t hard to put the bar over and get the screw started as long as you didn’t tighten all of them first. Five stars for the quick response and the quality chairs.
