Love love love. Very comfy and big. It is more of a lounge "bed" chair where you will be mostly laying flat and not sitting upright in any way. Good chair! Mostly comfortable, but I wished the cushion was bigger/thicker and had a softer cover. It's got a rough/scratchy texture, but is basically fine if you throw a comforter over it! I have unexpectedly fallen asleep in the chair a couple of times already, so it's great for naps! Also, my cat loves it and thinks it's just for her... 😆 ... show more

Inaccurate description. This is not a chair. You do not sit up at all, you will be laying flat. I thought there was something wrong with it until I read other reviews. The cushion is terrible, very thin and smelled terrible. If you want to return it, you have to pay for the shipping which came out to almost the same amount I spent to purchase it. Shipping to return $130.00. They just want to give you the run around if you try and do anything else. Terrible service, terrible product. Pictures are very deceiving. ... show more

Update- their customer service contacted me and offered a few solutions to which I got to select which works best for me. The instructions say 25 minutes, which might have been if the parts were all labeled. Only one had a sticker “A” and there 2 other stickers that had fallen off. It took much longer than 25 minutes!! I got this for the deck as an outdoor chair and honestly no complaints. It seems well built and we have not had many issues. The rocking chair is so comfortable in fact that we brought it inside during the winter to keep right on using it. Even the cat is a fan!
