It’s a pretty decent mattress for the price, if you’re in a pinch or maybe won’t be using the mattress often it’s definitely worth it, if you can afford an extra $100 or so, definitely keep looking and spend it. This mattress was delivered to our neighbors, so we had to load it into a truck. This thing is heavy! It’s easier to carry without the box. My husband and I struggled getting this loaded. When we opened it up CAREFULLY, it immediately began to puff up. Three days later we finally slept on it and it was an ok experience. We upgraded from queen mattresses that were 20+ years old and a foam mattress over that. So going from squishy unsupported mattresses to this firm mattress is a big difference and will take time getting used to. I have back pain but after a couple nights of sleeping on this, I’m not waking up sore or in pain. Just sleepy from the tossing and turning of getting used to a brand new mattress. I’ve ordered a topper for this, so hopefully that will help as well. Nice mattress. Hopefully it will hold up! ... show more

We purchased a 10 in mattress and waited for over 72 hours to find out it was not right and it was not gonna decompress further than 8 inches. We got in touch with the vendor who offered a $80 refund and to keep it or send it back for full refund. By the emails with the vendor I can tell they are totally aware of the issue and had ready their script for you, as you can also tell by other reviews where people had the same issue and the vendor had the same answer, which means is a known quality issue that has not been fixed. Came very quickly in the mail BUT HEAVY AF TRYING TO GET THIS UP THE STAIRS!!! Great mattress overall would be nice if it was slightly softer but other than that it’s quite comfortable, I’m 8months pregnant so trying to get good sleep is hard af but this definitely helps! Great price too!
