Packaging was torn and the tub itself was cracked all the way through the black acrylic in two places. There was no bubble wrap, foam, or any kind of padding or protection in the box. Just the tub in a torn up box. I love the tub itself and it's beautiful, but broken.

Great sized tub! Came perfectly wrapped and protected. Holds a lot of water, very deep perfect for bathing! Easily cleaned as well. Only complaint is that I ordered gray and although they sent gray it has much more of a blue hue to it..

The tub arrived looking used and re-boxed in a box that was broken up, and held together with tape. I opened it hours after it was delivered, too late to send it back with the service, and found the Edges were chipped. Very frustrating, causing more time, delays, and more expense in building a tub surround to cover the damage. The drain cover color didn’t last long before the color began coming off as well! Disappointing to say the least for the price! I requested a refund or partial for the condition, as I didn’t have the vehicle to return it to a local Wholefoods, and would have to pay an additional installment fee for the installation specialist to return, so I kept it with a heavy heart for avoiding further delays, expense, and inconvenience. No discounts, or partial refunds, just frustration and fear of future expenses, if/when it shows that the quality didn’t hold up. ... show more

I wanted a black bathtub and tile, to basically have my own sensory deprivation chamber. I was worried buying a tub online, thinking how on earth would I return it, but it came wrapped extremely well, with extra cardboard cover and a clear plastic seal that stayed on the whole time the tile was going in.
