I was so excited for this item, I even bought it when my husband said no. First use I put maybe 10 water bottles and some ice to take to football. I put it over my shoulder to walk out of the house and the strap clasp popped off (it did snap back on, but it kept occurring) so I had to carry it by the handle, but I bought it because of the strap so I could push a stroller while carrying the cooler. ... show more

Used the cooler and tote shopping in Sams…..food stayed cold for a couple hours of travel and the tote held a large amount. I can hardly wait for a girls trip…..I am all set. Updated! They replaced the cooler and the replacement as been perfect and I have had zero problems! After a month and only using it 3 times the zipper broke. For the amount of money you are spending on this product this shouldn't be happening. Otherwise I loved it which sucks bc now I have a cooler that can't be zipped and is unusable. ... show more
