This is the best drone for fishing from the beach. I love to surf fish. I own a half million dollar boat for off shore. But to relax on the beach and be able to send my bait out far enough to catch red fish or pompano past the sand bar. This drone is very powerful it can pickup 10+pounds easy. The media could not be loaded. Drone arrived fast and safe, I did alot of research before I made my purchase, also purchased the protection plan which I'm thankful for. This is my first fishing drone but definitely not my first drone. This drone does everything they say it will. And it is very user friendly, very simple controls, and it handles the wind like a champ. Cons - because I purchased through Amazon from the swellpro store, you DO NOT GET YOUR REWARDS POINTS FROM SWELL PRO. Camera quit work on first fishing trip test flight, worked for every flight prior to that(no crashes or damages, and checked channels and frequency settings.) After several days of fishing and taking arguably better care than probably anything else I've ever owned. The very last night and bait we were gonna fly out, drone lifted off and flipped over at about 3 feet. Crashed and Broke off a prop. No lines caught in the prop or motor, since them I'm seeing more and more reports of this happening. Swell pro is responding and working with me to resolve this, I hope it goes well. I absolutly love this drone and want to continue to use it. I'll update when I'm done with customer service and there solution. ... show more

    • It’s not basic, until you figure out the basics
Once I figured it out it was perfect!!! I charged the remote but it wouldn’t turn on. It takes a long press, quick release, long press to turn the remote on. The remote will make noise and talk when you get it right. Same with the Drone, long quick long. The main battery wouldn’t charge at first… just said low battery. I only used the red and black wire and didn’t connect the return feed and the adapter fan came on and started charging. Lastly when the remote and drone are on pull both remote control toggles in and down to unlock the blades and start playing!!!! I’m not sure where all this information is cause I’m a dude that don’t read manuals… lol ... show more
