I was nervous about buying a mattress in a box, but this one is incredible. It expanded quickly, had no weird smell, and the plush memory foam is heavenly. I sleep on my side, and this mattress relieves pressure on my hips and shoulders without feeling too soft. IF YOU ARE A STOMACH SLEEPER DO NO BUY THIS MATRESS! I have a hard time sleeping on this mattress on my back and it’s a no go for stomach sleeping but other that that is a great buy for the price.

I wanted to wait a few months after purchasing to review to give as honest as possible review as I was very skeptical to purchase a rolled up mattress but for the price point and the good reviews, I took a chance. Man am I glad I did. The box was heavier than my old king mattress but I was still able to handle it on my own as I’m a pretty capable bigger guy (6’2 x 280Lb). Was really curious more than anything to see this in action and get a new mattress after having a Sealy for 12 years. This unit did not disappoint. I was worried being a large human that this wouldn’t be firm enough but here we are a few months in and I absolutely love it. It says medium firm and I would say it’s a little on the firmer side. The edges are ever so slightly softer yet still offer support. I sleep like a baby on this mattress, and I sleep just about on the edge as I have my wife, an 80Lb dog and at least one of 3 kids in the bed almost every night. Side was early perfect fit for my existing bed frame with leather wrapped rails running around it. I would say it might be 2” shorter on the width than my old mattress. This bed offers fantastic support and I will definitely purchase this style again due to the high performance. The quality is very good as well, seems very well constructed. Getting the box into place was not terribly hard. It said 2 person lift but I work for a living so I got it in my room and then opened he box, which was extremely well sealed with staples. After that there’s a small tool they give you that’s like a plastic credit car with a slot. In the slot is a blade and you just poke that into the plastic and cut it open. From there it rolled itself and we slept on jr within maybe 5/6 hours that night. It was definitely firm enough to enjoy. All in all I would buy again 10 times over. I am very happy with this bed. I wish I would’ve done this sooner.

I’m someone who likes to read through reviews prior to purchasing something, especially an item such as a bed. This product has many reviews, some good, some bad. So despite my better judgment, I decided I would take my chances and purchase this bed. Like many of the other reviews state, my bed also never fully expanded to size. My bed arrived on a Saturday, was laid on my box spring to expand as instructed. Per the instructions the bed will “inflate” within 24-72 hours and you shouldn’t sleep on it. (Be prepared to make another arrangements or you’ll be sleeping on your floor like my husband and I did for 3 days). After 72 hours came and went and the bed still wasn’t “inflated” to full size, I accepted my loss and figured, I too, got a dud mattress. So I hopped on and started down the rabbit hole trying to return the dang thing. Amazon tells me, “great you can return this, we’ll send a UPS driver to pick it up for you, you just have to box it yourself”. Being 5’2”, 125lb woman trying to re-box a partially inflated king size mattress just wasn’t going to happen. I also tried to contact the manufacturer, was unable to get someone on the phone or via chat and ended up having to email them. (Still awaiting a response over 24 hours later). Cut to, I manage to find a bigger box for the mattress, and try and put the mattress in said box. My UPS driver shows up for my package. Realizing it’s a mattress, he tells me they can’t take it, that Amazon does this all the time and they can’t accept them because it’s too large of a box to fit on their truck. (I didn’t shoot the messenger and picked up my mattress to bring it back inside my house). I then once again, contacted Amazon only for them to tell me that I will now need to return the item to UPS myself or since I started the return, I would have to wait another 30 days for them to be able to refund me my money. Upon asking for a supervisor, I was rudely told that the supervisor had “the same tools and resources and would tell me the same thing”. I was finally able to get someone on the phone who not only spoke clear English but was very polite, professional and knowledgeable about the return process for a mattress. She sincerely apologized and told me that my UPS driver was indeed correct and that the Amazon representatives should have advised me to dispose of the mattress and immediately refund me my money. Long story short, buyer beware, as you too may end up with a dud mattress and have a terrible time trying to return it. Go with a better well known company, spend a little more and save yourself a bad back from sleeping on the floor and a whole heck of a hassle.
