I wish we bought one sooner. This matress has held up great! Going on 6 months and no sinking. For a box matress it feels way better quality than most $700 dollar name brand ones. Yes the corners aren't supported but its a hybrid matress all of them are like that.

I love love love this mattress! I can’t believe how extraordinarily comfortable this mattress is at such a low price. I even have them in several of my short term rentals and everybody talks about how comfortable the beds are. So I would definitely highly recommend this product. The queen size seems to always be on sale which is amazing and I have recommended it to all my friends most have actually bought one and we’re thankful I recommended it so try it out for yourself, the independently wrapped coils allow for you to not feel the person next to you moving around. The amount of memory foam on the top is perfect. It still allows for a comfortable temperature without getting hot at all like most memory foam. This mattress would be good for someone who likes extra firm beds but for us it was too hard. Customer service was great in assisting us and replacing our mattress with a softer one to our liking!

    • More firm than medium-firm at first - Give it a week to break in and for your body to adjust to it

The shipping box is pretty damn heavy. I had to lay it on the side to pull the mattress out given how compact it was. Make sure you cut the plastic while the mattress is already on the frame because it practically leaps out of the plastic the moment it touches air. This bed is firm, not much give to it at all. (Edit: Give it about a week to break in. The bed got softer and far more comfortable after the first few bad nights) Coming from a memory foam mattress with sinking issues, this was exactly what i wanted. It expanded to 10 inches within minutes out of the plastic before hitting 11 and then 12 inches within a few hours. I let it expand in a warm room (70-72 degrees) for a full 72 hours before sleeping on it, though it was probably a finished product after about 36 hours. If you can wait the full 72 then I suggest you wait it out just to be certain it's fully expanded. The top material is very soft to the touch and well stitched. You can feel the coils prominently on the side of the mattress (not the top-edge but the actual side). That may bother some people but it changed nothing for me. I initially placed the mattress, bare, on a Novilla 16 inch Simplicity metal bed frame and it quickly became apparent that I'd need to add some vertical wooden bed slats to prevent the head and foot of the bed from dipping between the bars. So I purchased the covered version of the Greaton 0.75 Heavy Duty Vertical Wooden Bunkie Board to place on the bars beneath the bedskirt and the mattress is now perfectly level with full edge support all around. I spent weeks researching mattresses online once we decided we could not sleep on our super old hand-me-down bed any longer! I was only seeing medium to firm with most reviews leaning very firm but that is not what we wanted. I wanted something comfortable and on the softer side. After scrutinizing the reviews this one won us over. The price was incredible and I am so glad we got what we wanted! The two criticisms I will give is that it fits on our box spring a bit smaller than our previous king mattress and the edges are absolutely NOT reinforced at all. We don't sit on the edges of our bed for anything and it's pushed into the corner of our room so that is not an issue for us but may be for some. It is definitely softer than firm and I'd also say softer than medium too. It was a lot heavier than I anticipated but my husband and I (mid thirties) moved it without much trouble. There was a very small hole in the packaging so it didn't fly open as I read in another review once we cut the plastic but maybe it's due to the hole. I didn't notice much of a smell at all. It did take a couple of days to fully inflate (I don't feel like that's the right term but for lack of a better word...) but we slept on it about 5 hours after cutting the plastic and it was just fine. Our previous bed was sooo old that beat that it wouldn't have taken much to be better than what we had but we are really impressed with this one! I can't speak to longevity yet as we've only had it a couple of months but so far, very happy with our new mattress!! My husband has chronic back pain and he just mentioned recently that he has noticed a significant difference especially if he sleeps in or longer than usual and I agree with that too. I’d been searching for a mattress with all the exceptional qualities but at an affordable price. I ran across this one and was very impressed with not only the quality but the price as well. I followed the instructions upon opening and never had any issues with smell, lumpy or not enough support. This is a quality mattress at a quality price. This mattress isn’t good at all. I took it out of the box let it un revel for a day or so. Easy to set up. It started out good and firm with some softness which I liked. After about a week I noticed I was having lots of back pain and figured it was the metal slates on my bad itself. I replaced the bed and things didn’t change. I noticed the the mattress was bulging out like it was used already. The springs were felt though the mattress and was very uncomfortable. There was no memory foam, heavy, and not functional anymore.
