This was easy to put together the instructions are clear and if you need a video to follow along they have a detailed video. Has storage in the front and back along with the hidden compartment. Very stable and easy to move around. Only thing I will say is that the “wood” seems to stain easily. If we put a cold water on it it seems to stain. Of course its easy to clean with some wipes. absolutely love this coffee table. took over an hour to put together so i’d recommended two people, packed very well, everything’s number, very straightforward directions. it’s not very tall until you pull the table up. super stylish and stable. table works great, my dog walked over the pieces a bunch when we were putting it together and no scratches. edges are kind of sharp so probably not ideal if you have small children. also came with a pack of extras hardware. ... show more

Functional, good as a coffee table. Takes a lot of work to assemble almost like an Ikea product or worse. So far been safe from cats opening it. The black wood part peeling on one of the corners pretty quickly though exposing the wood underneath.

One star just so I could write this, Iwill never ever never buy another peice of garbage that you have to put together then when it turns out to be all wrong because it’s a faulty made peice of junk you can’t even return it. I started putting this together and everything was perfect the dir3ctions were clear and everything was lab,ed correctly but when the tome came to put the top on it would not close flush and there was an overhang. To boot, th3 smaller side of th3 table the screws would not secure and I hoped gravity would take care of the issue when I flipped the table over but nope, this was such a waste of time and $$ so cheap I usually never buy this kind of crap but had to for my kid who is in s hook and needed a small table.we ended up throwing it in the dumpster after we tried taking it apart and putting it together again, I’m telling you do not bother ot waste your time. I don’t know who writes these positive reviews but I am telling you you are better off going to a real furniture store and getting something that works. Horrible. ... show more

Nice color, all the pieces arrived without damage and it was surprisingly easy to put together. The levering mechanism works perfectly and you don't have to build it, just install it according to the instructions. It is sturdy, doesn't take much space and I find it quite useful to keep my books and stuff that I need everyday, since I can get to them fast and easy. The wood is thick and it has no scratches even though some accidents have happened and is really easy to clean, I just use a damp cloth. It is not a tall furniture, so I woukd not recommend to work on it for example, but to put things over it or store some daiky-use stuff works perfect. ... show more
