If you’re like me reading every single comment debating on buying this look no further. I was looking for a desk to complete my 2nd room. I didn’t need something flashy or really expensive. (I know those ikea setups on tik tok look really nice! lol) but I chose to give this a try. Believe me when I say it that this desk checks off 99.9% of the boxes for me. • Came on time undamaged/ packaged very well (I guess I got lucky) •Installation took about 1 hour. (Took my time and made sure every screw was secured) •The desk is compressed wood durable enough to fit little things, gadgets, and monitors. •The lift mechanism works flawlessly. No issues. •Height adjustment was nice and I’m 6ft. Cons- Suprisingly almost all of the holes for the screws were perfectly centered. There were only 2 holes on the wood weren’t perfectly lined up. They were still in reach of the frame holes so I was able to get them in fine. So not a big deal. I guess if you’re looking for a thick desk, maybe this might not be for you. I got this taking the chances that if the wood panel breaks I can go buy the ikea table top and drill holes myself. Fairly simple to do. Overall really happy with this! ... show more

I bought this to use as I work from home most of the time. I appreciate that it has a slightly larger surface area compared to other similar products. I have two curved 27" monitors and a 17" laptop open on the desk and they fit just fine. The cable grommets are awkwardly positioned for me. They aren't flush, so they prevent me from pushing my monitors back as far on the desk as I would like. I lose about 4 inches because they wouldn't sit flat if I did that. The desktop feels sturdy enough, considering how thin it is. The edges feel a little sharp against the heels of my hands as I type. I would prefer that the desk would drop another two or three inches to bring the keyboard height to an ideal position. I'm 5'10". Assembly was fairly easy. Awesome desk!, It was pretty easy to assemble, Took me about 2 hours but if I had an electric screwdriver it couldve been far faster, It's pretty sturdy and only wobbles a bit on the highest setting, One thing I've noticed is sometimes it gives me an error and won't move up or down so I have to unplug it and plug it again to restart it, but it's not like I change the height a lot, Overall very good for the price! ... show more

    • Disappointing Experience with Sweetcrispy Electric Standing Desk

I purchased the Sweetcrispy Electric Standing Desk on July 22, 2024. At first, I was pleased with the desk's look, price, and straightforward assembly. However, my experience quickly turned sour. Malfunctioning Controller On February 4, 2025, the electronic controller, which raises and lowers the desk, malfunctioned and completely stopped working. I immediately contacted Sweetcrispy's support page and emailed [email protected] but received no response. I also called their customer service numbers, only to find the voicemail boxes were full and no one answered. Amazon Customer Service Struggles On February 11, 2025, I finally reached out to Amazon. After multiple delays and difficulties bypassing the digital assistant, I managed to speak to an Amazon rep who assured me a replacement controller was being shipped. Ongoing Frustration As of March 10, 2025, I have still not received the replacement controller. I attempted an online chat with Amazon, only to be transferred between four different agents with no resolution. One agent even transferred me to Amazon Mexico, where I struggled to communicate in Spanish. After another long wait, I was told there were no notes on my case and no further assistance could be provided. Conclusion I enjoyed using the Sweetcrispy Standing Desk while it worked, but now I’m left with just a regular desk, and no solution in sight. I’m incredibly frustrated with both Sweetcrispy’s lack of support and Amazon’s inability to resolve the issue. I am an Amazon employee and we stand at our desk quite a bit, this is why I made this purchase, sometimes I get tired of sitting too long and need to stand but continue to work, I went onto the website and searched for one until I found one that was affordable (This is one of the things that I like about Amazon, the flexible prices offered by different vedors. I was able to put this one together without help from anyone, it took me about 45 minutes. You can program the positions that are conducive to your level of comfort.
