I’m very picky when it comes to rugs and no, this is not an expensive looking rug, however, it makes up for it by being SUPER soft. Got the small one for my tiny hallway and I love walking on it. I got the beige color, it’s a little more yellow than I thought but it’s fine. It did have a strong chemical smell at first, but it went away very fast. It also lays down well, even without a carpet pad. It’s not moving around at all. The only con of this rug is you cannot throw it in the washing machine and have to spot clean. It would be difficult to spot clean because the fibers are so delicate and soft. Worth the money. ... show more

After moving to a new townhome will hardwood floors throughout last year, I was forced to shop for rugs for all of the many rooms in our home. Over the last six months or so, I have purchased more than a dozen rugs for our spaces. I purchased this 5x7-foot rug in beige and am more thrilled with it than any of the other (more expensive) rugs I bought. The color is more like a cross between ivory and light tan and perfect for my teen daughter's room (I've had ivory/cream rugs in my girl's rooms before and they get dirty quick!) and doesn't show much dirt at all. This is super soft and very flotaki-like... it is the softest of any rug I bought and feels amazing underfoot. It has held up well to a very active, messy pre-teen girl and has always cleaned up well with a vacuum over it. My only complaint is that it is a TAD thinner than some of my more expensive rugs, but with the addition of a carpet pad underneath, you would never know this was a rug that cost several hundred dollars! ... show more

This rug is perfect for the baby’s room. Very soft and fluffy. Not much of a smell to it and what smell it does have is quickly going away. The rug hasn’t laid down as much as I would like by now but that’s ok. We would buy this rug again.

The rug is soft, and exactly what I hoped it would be! I was impressed with how well the rug laid out on the floor after I'm rolling it. Like most area rugs I've purchased online, they arrive too tightly rolled, taped, or stapped making the rug a rippled, wrinkled mess! Happily, this wasn't the case. Though still quite nice. They came rolled up in a thick plastic bag. Unrolled well, seem to be relaxing quickly. Slight oily smell because of the jute backing they use.     • Good rug
This rug is pretty much exactly as described- very soft, good quality for the price. I ordered the beige and it is a little darker than the picture. I don’t think is would hold up in a high traffic area but as an accent rug (mine is under a bench) it’s fine.
