I really love this watch. I smile every time I have to look at it! I got tons of complements from people around me. The only this that the bracelet worn out very fast. I am wearing the watch under my business outfit with long sleeves and I start notice that bracelet is working out. I will get then ne

It came in a standard watch box, but was not correctly situated. It was basically an unorganized watch box. Also did not have any instructions. I don’t know if this was a returned item making it slightly used? It seems to work, but we will see.

A great fun watch, lots of sparkle from the crystals, but still easy to read. The size of the face is fairly large, making it more sized for a man's wrist, and accordingly it is thicker than what I would usually wear. Somehow the chain came in perfectly sized for my wrist!

Perfect condition on arrival. Beautiful watch. Easy to set. Wife is extremely happy. I highly recommend purchasing a tool kit to remove or add links to this watch! It fit my wife perfectly but we did purchase the tool kit just in case. You can find them in amazon for $10. She almost went with a Bulov
a but this gorgeous watch was a show stopper for her. Very fast delivery and it does come with extra links to adapt to a larger wrist. There is nothing USED about this watch as it was in another small white box to protect the Swarovski blue box.

it's the perfect goes with everything watch ! i needed to adjust it. it was difficult to add the links and i had to get my cousin to help who works at a jewelry store. it got the 3 links i needed added in a few minutes and now it's so perfect
