Blood flow is the reason I bought it. It works. Radio commercials speak to more expensive therapies for ED. You can get similar results with one pill per day. Take two if you want. Its a good brand. Brought it after reading online research on the product. It definitely curbs the appetite and I am not eating as much however there it causes a lot of heartburn and so far no much changes on the weigh scale. I am hopeful that it will help
