These are really good tools for the price! I was expecting reasonable quality but these are actually really good… not Snap On quality but pretty close. I’ve used these for quite some time with no issues. The sockets stay nice and tight & have not rounded off indicating it’s made from decent steel. I use it with a Milwaukee 1/4” drive impact gun regularly with no problems. It’s also a very complete set with all the socket sizes you would normally need plus extensions. tremendous value, very easy to read labling which is kind of difficult to find in an impact socket set. i dont use them daily however but zero complaints so far. i havent used the ratchet and probably never will due to having many other options but a lot of sockets for a little money. cant go wrong

Have yet to use this 1/4” set, but after inspecting everything, the following are the things that stood out: 1) set comes with a precut layer of thin foam to hold the sockets in place; recommend gluing to the case. 2) the star deduction is for the misrepresentation of the markings on the sockets (pics vs reality): the short sockets are labeled with a super-small font that I can’t even read with my 1.75x reading glasses. I painted the sizes on the sockets. 3) ratchet is 72-tooth variety with torx screws for disassembly, making the ratchet easy to service; oil residue in case = factory-lubricant, which often is not the case with inexpensive sets. 4) case is standard and is only as good the standard plastic latches last. 5) As mentioned in another review, the socket sizes are also etched. Summary: Although this is standard china-made socket set, I see nothing that will prevent this set from being a serviceable addition to my tool collection. (Admittedly, I purchased this set because I love the green case.) ... show more
