    • Constant beeping, very frustrating.
Like another had posted here, the hoverboard beeps constantly indicating some sort of error. Instructions are non existent, found re calibration procedure online but beeping continues. I will be returning and purchasing a different hoverboard that doesn't have this problem. I thought I was buying from a reputable manufacturer but as they say, you get what you pay for. Buyer beware. I updated this review to 3 stars after finding a video that actually taught me how to properly calibrate. Hoverboard seems to be wrking properly now. Still only 3 stars due to poor manual, lack of support on Swagtron's website, a 2 frustrating nights of constant beeping. ... show more

Like many others... I bought because it had a four star rating, but I can only think people reviewed it before having it for more than a day. Ours worked beautifully for the first couple hours and then the flashing of lights on the footpads and a beeping sound started to occur (like so many others). We tried to re-calibrate but our only instructions were based on how others told us to calibrate since the instructions literally have no information on how to do this. The instructions are SO poor. It says HOW TO RIDE. Push power button, step on and stand upright. (eyeroll). So disappointing. ... show more

Bought this for my 10 yr old grandson for his birthday in July. By august 30 it wasn’t working. Would love to know how to contact seller to discuss my options. Until today he loved it!

I promise I write good reviews as you can see in my profile. Swagtron hover boards are garbage. Barely used and it stopped working. Turns on but won't activate. Customer service was responsive and super nice. After a week of back and forth of pics, descriptions, proof of purchase, DNA samples (kidding on that one - but was waiting for it), was told the issue is not covered. If it turns on, battery holds a charge, it just won't activate or balance. How is that an issue that isn't covered? The covers also fall off because it's held together with cheap plastic fasteners, but at least I can glue and tape that ghetto style. On the bright side, at least it didn't catch on fire like others - so thanks for that Swagtron! I'm sure that wouldn't have been covered either. ... show more
